Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods of credit and debit cards:
American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo
Currencies
We accept worldwide credit and debit cards. All charged are based on the British Pounds Sterling (£) costs quoted on our website. For all
non U.K. residents, your credit or debit card provider will convert costs to your own currency on your statement.
Currency Rate of Exchange
Fresh Collections is headquartered in London, United Kingdom and all purchases through our website are based on the British Pounds
Sterling(£) prices. US Dollar($) prices are calculated based on the currency rate of exchange at the time your purchase is
processed by HSBC. US Dollar prices shown on the website may not reflect the most recent currency rate of exchange and may
vary slightly either lower or higher. While we endeavor to provide the most updated exchange rate, we are unable to provide
up to the minute rates. Expect a slight variance between US Dollar prices on the site and actual prices through your credit
card company. You may contact your credit card company to confirm exact costs of your purchase. If you are uncomfortable with
the variance in price, orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch at no charge.
Taxes and VAT
US residents will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.
UK residents and all other residents ordering from EU member states will not be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) on their purchases. As a small and growing company, we are currently exempt from
VAT registration and our prices remain VAT free at this time. As our revenues continue to grow, we will eventually be required by
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to become a VAT registered business. At that point we will then
need to add the standard VAT rate (17.5%) to purchases made in the UK and EU member states. When this happens, prices will clearly indicate
when VAT has been added. Until that time, please enjoy shopping VAT free on our website!
Canadian and Australian residents will not be charged sales tax on their purchases. However residents may be required to pay additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees at your customs clearance.
Recipients are solely responsible for any additional fees which may be imposed by your customs clearance.
