Orders
You will receive an email confirmation with an order number within 24 hours after your purchase. Please contact 
immediately if any details are incorrect. Separately, you will receive an email once your order has shipped with shipping details.
Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to refuse to process any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Additional information may be required to enable us to validate and process your order. Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be
reported to the relevant authorities. Our policy is in place to protect our customers and our company from fraud or unauthorized or illegal

Shipping
Each piece of jewelry from Fresh Collections is individually handcrafted and may take up to 5 business days to create and prepare for
shipping (though this process is usually completed within 3 days). If we are unable to process your order within 5 business days we will send you an email with an estimated shipping and delivery
date. You will have the option to cancel your order with no penalty if the new delivery date
is not agreeable.
